Why Zepoxy steel 90-minute is Important ?
Because Zepoxy steel 90-minute is a two-part epoxy system that provides strong, lasting repairs to metal and multiple surfaces. Mixed at a ratio of 1:1, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped , tapped, filed , sanded and drilled after curing. At room temperature, Zepoxy steel 90 Mins in 4-6 hours to a dark grey color. A full cured is reached in 12-15 hours. Zepoxy steel 90 minutes has a tensile strength of 3960 PSI and sets to hard bond over-night. It can withstand temperatures up to 288 degree when fully cured.
Introduction of use :
Surface should be thoroughly clean, free from loose particles like dust, oil , grease etc. If the surface is shiny, rub it until a rough texture is formed over it. Take equal parts of A & B and mix it until thoroughly until a uniform paste is achieved. Mix thoroughly, best results can be achieved within 30 mins.

1. Small tubes set of Part A 5 gm and Part B 5 gm. Supplied in a box of 10 set each.

Medium tubes set of Part A 15 gm and 15 gm. Supplied in a box of 10 sets each.
Jar :
1. Small jar set of Part A 500 gm and Part B 500 gm.
2. Medium jar set of Part A 1000 gm and Part B 1000 gm.
Shelf Life :
12 months from date of manufacture when stored under warehouse conditions in original un-opened packing. Extreme temperature / humidity may reduce shelf life.
How to Dry :
Sets in 4-6 hours, Cures in 12-15 hours. Allow 4-6 hours before handing and 12 hours (minimum) before putting object back in use.
