Caution :
Do not mix ‘MRD’ and ‘MED’ , and also even sharing brushes is prohibited. These two chemicals will unusable in case that they are mixed.
Property :
Vulcanizing reaction will happen right after bonding. Strong repair is available with duration.
Use :
For conveyor belt and whole rubber repair.
Caution :
Attach the patch after MED is completely dry. It takes about 3 to 8 minutes, depending on the condition. Keep the lid light and store this bottle in a cool, dark place after use.
Repair procedure of conveyor belt
1) Spray MLC (Maruni Liquid Cleaner) to the injury area on the conveyor belt, which oil and stains are removed. Buff the area with a wire brush before MLC dries. It is more effective If this process is repeated one more time.
2) Apply MED (Maruni Earth Dine) to buffing area, and coat it evenly and thinly with brush. Wait for the area to dry completely. It takes about 3 to 8 minutes which depends on temperature in use.
3) Peel off a protection film of the patch while it is to dry. Take care not to touch the patch attachment surface.
4) Apply patch and pressure bond with a milling roller wide. Use a hammer if there is no milling roller wide. If patch is applied over another patch, press part thoroughly with a milling roller, The procedure is completely after peeling off a film at front side.
