Why CRC Ultra Thin Non Silicone Based Release Agent is Important ?
Non silicone based release agent with minimal product transfer. perform excellently with transparent plastics like Polycarbonates ABS, and polyamides
Features :
- NSR ultra thin contains zinc stearate which gives a first rate slip at the parts to be de-moulded.
- The aerosol allows to apply a precise and ultra thin layer, not to disturb fine details.
- Allows fast mould exchanges as new moulds do not have to be decreased before application.
- Flashes off content due to temperature changes on new moulds coming into prodcution.
Applications :
NSR ultra thin is formulated without silicone’s to allow post moulding operations.
When fine details are moulded, the ultra thin layer does’nt disturb the moulds geometry.
De-molulding of transparent plastics (optical). The very limited transfer assures that the moulded parts are not contaminated with the release agent.
Complex parts in rigid plastics might give some difficulties during demolding.. The extra slip from the NSR ultra thin (comparables to the slip of silicone oils) allows an easy and fast de-moulding.
During fast moulds exchanges, the protective oils do not have to be cleaned. The NSR ultra thin absorbs oils and grease rmnants.
Directions for CRC Ultra Thin:
Can be applied directly on a mould prior cleaning.
Diffuse a uniform layer on the mould what room temperature.
Allow drying.
Repeats as soon as de-moulding starts to get difficult.
A product Safety data sheet according to EC regulation… is given on our 7Mart.
Balanced formulation to provide an excellent slip during demoulding without contaminating transparent surfaces by product transfer. Ideal for use with transparent plastics such as Polycarbonate, ABS and polyamides.
